Hi there!

I'm Alexandra, but you can call me Alex. I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Health and Well-Being Coach, and Certified Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner. My nutrition philosophy is rooted in the power of a whole-food, plant-forward eating pattern, which emphasizes food from the ground to combat chronic disease, support optimal health, and promote longevity.

I am passionate about helping individuals, like YOU, foster sustainable and enjoyable eating habits that nourish their bodies, address their health concerns, and contribute to a peaceful relationship with food.

Nutrition Counseling Services

Are you ready to optimize your nutrition through effective and sustainable behavior change? I will help you develop the skills and confidence to optimize your health and well-being!

Initial Visit (60 to 75 minutes)

During your initial assessment, we will discuss your medical history, eating behaviors, and relationship with food, as well as explore your wellness vision and nutrition goals, and identify any roadblocks to success. Together we will create a customized action plan and begin on the path towards positive change.

Follow Up Visits (30 to 45 minutes)

During your follow visits, we will reflect on your progress implementing habits, collaborate to set new goals, and adjust as needed every step of the way. We'll go beyond nutrition to discuss your supplement regimen, self-care routine, and mindset.
