I'm so happy you are here. I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Health and Well-Being Coach, Certified Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner, and creator of Fully Nourished Nutrition. I am based in Silicon Valley and offer virtual nutrition counseling throughout California.
My nutrition philosophy is rooted in the power of a whole-food, plant-forward eating pattern, which emphasizes food from the ground to combat chronic disease, support optimal health, and promote longevity. I am committed to using a personalized, evidence-based approach to nutrition that is rooted in mindfulness and principles of behavior change.
My goal is to help you foster sustainable and enjoyable eating habits that nourish your body, address your health concerns, and contribute to a peaceful relationship with food.
Through my own experiences and with a little girl of my own, I am especially passionate about women’s health issues, including prenatal and postpartum nutrition, gestational diabetes, and PCOS. Additional specialties include pre-diabetes and diabetes, cardiovascular disease, oncology nutrition, plant-based nutrition, mindful eating and meal planning.
In addition to my private practice, I am a Clinical Outpatient Dietitian at Stanford Health Care specializing in Blood and Marrow Transplantation and Cellular Therapy.
In my free time I love getting creative in the kitchen, enjoying the outdoors, listening to a podcast, being silly with my daughter, and spending time with friends and family.
